This class is designed for subcontractors who provide materials and / or labor on green or sustainable buildings. Sustainable Built Environments – From Homes to Existing Buildings
As you begin to review the variety of green building techniques enjoy this half day class to get your vocabulary broadened with GREEN! So many words are flying around what is “green” – enjoy our interactive class with a variety of exercises to start to think of your home, new office or your existing office as a form of green, not a shade of green to bring in the GREEN! This program is 4 hour
LEED: the Journey and Destination
This interactive approach to learning the LEED Rating System is what gives us an edge on our green building education workshops. Our education facilitators work within the A&D community and our visual approach to learning will allow participants to enjoy the technical part of LEED and have a clear understanding of how to implement the LEED process and create a strong team to make a project move forward smoothly. The LEED v3 will be discussed and sample LEED Green Associate exam questions will be provided to get the participants mind to understand how the questions are set up. This program is AIA approved for 6.5 hours
